My best friend (she in her late 70s and me early 70s) gave me one of these and I have used it for sermon notes. She was an encourager with a capital E. 2 years ago I suddenly and unexpectedly said goodbye to her when I dropped her off for an appointment and our “see ya later” had new meaning. Now whenever I journal, the scripture written on those pages with my name attached not only is a love note from the Lord, but her words of encouragement. She could not have known this would be a gift that literally keeps on giving but God did. I could not love this more.

God's timing is perfect I received the journal for my birthday and wanted to use it for something special. I went to a revival in our town and the speaker said "take your Bible, read a chapter and find something in each chapter that you want to remember and write it down." I got out a new Bible that I had just bought, got out my journal and started reading and writing. Knowing that I am going to find something in the chapter that I want to be sure and remember makes me concentrate more on what I am reading. My journal is now filled with not only personalized Scriptures at the bottom of each page but personalized Scripture that God has led me to write down from each chapter of each book of the Bible.
